Assist in setting up all registration and event materials for registration in the West Wing of the Stratton Base Lodge.

Check in participants for the event through an app on your phone. Hand out bib and swag bag. Notify athlete(s) they will return Saturday morning to pick up their event tracking chip. This will be a separate line for CHIP PICK UP ONLY!

Details

You will record the bib number of participants that complete each loop of a specified track at the Nordic Center, by skiing or by snowshoe. Once your the shift concludes you will return the form to the 24HRS event desk in the West Wing of the Base Lodge. All tracking materials will be provided for you.

Courtyard Kickoff Animation

Flags, cowbells and cheering for the start of the event in the Courtyard area. All materials will be provided.

Check in SHRED4Nate participants. Hand out swag bags and bibs. Bibs will be returned at the end of the second run at the finish.

Summit Check In for Uphill Travel High Priority

Details

You will record those in the event that complete the uphill climb on foot, skinning or by snowshoe. Once your the shift concludes you will return the form to the 24HRS event desk in the West Wing of the Base Lodge.

Monitor Lunch 12-1 PM and Dinner 6-7 PM -West Wing of Base Lodge

We are looking for someone to monitor the lunch from 12-1 PM and Dinner from 6-7 PM -West Wing of Base Lodge. You will make sure that those taking a meal and beverage are wearing a 24 HRS bib and not over-taking items.

Collection of event tracking chips at the conclusion of the event. Once their chip is turned in, direct participant to the Athlete Buffet Breakfast (8:00AM-9:30AM) and the Awards Ceremony (10:00AM start) in Grizzly's Upper East Wing.

Assist with clean up at the West Wing of Base Lodge. This will entail moving SCF materials back to multiple areas. There will be a SCF representative directing this break down.
